Anurag Kashyap’s film Psycho Raman honoured in South Koreaon July 30, 2016 at 12:24 pm
SEOUL, July 30 psychological thriller (IANS) Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap Psycho Raman (Raman Raghav 2.0) has won the Best Asian film genre in the 20th International Festival of Fantasy Film Bucheon (BIFAN) in South Korea.
Kashyap, who is popular for films like Gangs of Wasseypur and ugly, took to Twitter on Friday night to share the news.

The director also shared a document, which reads: “Fantastic European Federation Asian Film Awards has been attributed to ‘Psycho Raman’ directed by Anurag Kashyap by the European jury fantastic prize of the Asian Federation of Film 20 International Festival Bucheon Fantastic film, composed by Guy Delmote and Daniel Cohen. ”
If outside the Hindi film industry to become a director of high demand with a fan base, Anurag Kashyap has come a long way, but the director says he prefers to stay on the periphery to be an initiate in Bollywood.
After more than a decade in the industry and a series of brilliant films to back it, Anurag says he is extremely comfortable in their own space and no longer want to be part of the interiors of Bollywood.
“I’m still on the periphery in Bollywood. The fact is that I’ve stopped trying to be part of the interior now. I’m very comfortable where I am now in my career and myself. I’ve matured. It may be that this is due to my age .. . just want to make films, “said Anurag PTI.
